Policies
RETURN POLICIES
If there is a problem with your order due to damage, missing, under or over shipped items, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods to make arrangements for credit or exchange.
You must notify us within 10 days if you wish to return an item for other reasons.
You must contact us before returning items via phone or e-mail.
Goods must be in original condition. We will not accept goods damaged in return shipping. Used goods will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and payment on Pay Pal as well as personal checks. In the case of checks, we will ship the item once the check clears.

SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS.
All orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of receipt; however, allow 2 to 3 weeks for back orders.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We will ship internationally. Please allow a greater amount of time for some countries and an increased cost where appropriate.
GIFT WRAPPING
We are happy to gift-wrap. Please let us know which items, (if any) you would like gift-wrapped. There is a $3.00 charge for each item that you would like wrapped.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In most cases, items that are out of stock will be produced as soon as possible. If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, Keith will keep track of your request contacting you when the item is produced to verify your continued interest in purchasing it.
